适用范围
YY/T0681的本部分规定了能检测透明膜和透气材料之间用丝线形成的密封边中大于或等于50μm 通道,并识别出通道位置所用材料和程序。将一种染色液局部作用于供泄漏试验的密封边,与染色液接触一个规定的时间后,目力检验包装上的染色穿透。
本试验方法预期用于透明膜和透气材料之间形成的密封边的检验。本试验方法只限用于能保持染色液并能在20s的最低时间内不会使整个密封区都变色的透气材料。无涂胶纸特别容易受染色液渗透影响,在使用本试验方法时必须认真予以评价。
本试验方法要求不透明的包装材料对染色液有好的衬托。
