【摘要】:TheRiskInitiativesinASMENuclearCodesandStandardsisananalysisoffiverisk-informedinserviceinspection(ISI)andrepair/replacementCodeCasesandsevenrisk-informedinservicetesting(IST)CodeCases.Theanalysiswillprovideinsightintotheunderlyingconceptsandanassessmentofcoherenceamongthenuclearpowerplantrisk-informedinitiativesthathavebeenundertakenintheASMESectionXI,OperationsandMaintenance(O&M).Throughtheuseofthe"RiskInitiativesinASMENuclearCodesandStandards"youwillobtainaclearunderstandingofthehistoricaltechnicalbasisforthenuclearpowerplantrisk-informedinitiatives,providingyouwithanenhancedabilitytointerpret,workthrough,andimplementthecodecasestoyourapplications.ThispublicationisintendedtoprovideyouwithasummaryrelativetoASMEO&MCommitteeactionsanditisnottobeusedasareplacementforthecodecases.Onthecontrary,youshoulduseitinconjunctionwiththecodecasesdescribed.Useitasatrainingtool:ThebenefitsofusingtheRiskInitiativesofASMENuclearCodesandStandardsasatrainingtoolincludeashorterlearningcurveandahighlevelofriskawareness.Thisappliestonewengineersorforexperiencedengineerswhohaverecentlybeenpromotedtoapositionwhereriskmanagementispartofhisorherrole.

【摘要】:1.1ThisEuropeanStandardappliestothedesignandmanufactureofautomaticdividerswhosefunctionisbasedonthevolumetricprincipleusingoneormoresuctionand/orpressingpistons.DoughdividersworkinginotherwaysareexcludedfromthescopeofthisEuropeanStandard.Theseautomaticdividersareusedinthefoodindustryandshops(pastry-making,bakeries,confectionery,etc.)fordividingdoughorpastryintoportionstoproducetherequiredweightofdoughpiece.Thesemachinescanbefedbyhandorautomatically.ThisEuropeanStandarddealswithallsignificanthazards,hazardoussituationsandeventsrelevanttotheinstallation,adjustment,operation,cleaningandmaintenanceofautomaticdividers,whentheyareusedasintendedandundertheconditionsforeseenbythemanufacturer(seeclause4).WhendraftingthisEuropeanStandard,ithasbeenassumedthatthemachinesarenotintendedtobecleanedwithwater.1.2Thefollowingmachinesareexcluded:-experimentalandtestingmachines,underdevelopmentbythemanufacturer;-weightingdevices;-“knifeandbelt"dividersandothertypesofmachineswherethedividingmechanismisbasedonthefunctioningofamovingknife;-liftingandtiltingmachines1)orotherseparatefeedingmachines.1.3AnoisetestcodeisincludedinAnnexAtoassistmanufacturerstomeasurenoiselevelsforthepurposeofthenoiseemissiondeclaration.1.4ThisEuropeanStandardisnotapplicabletomachineswhicharemanufacturedbeforethedateofpublicationofthisEuropeanStandardbyCEN.
