【摘要】:EN14607Part7ofSpaceengineering-Mechanicaldefinesthemechanicalengineeringrequirementsformechanicalparts.Thisdocumentdefinestherequirementsapplicabletotheselection,design,verificationandapplicationofmechanicalpartstopromotetheuseofhigh-qualitynon-criticalmechanicalpartsthatachieverobustfunctionalityandsatisfythemissionperformancerequirements.Thisdocumentdefinesapragmaticapproachtotheselectionofpartsbythemechanicalanddesignengineeronthebasisoftheireffectontheintegrityoftheequipmentandtostreamlinetheselectionofspace-provenratherthannonspace-provenpartsduringthedesignofanewequipmentinordertoselecttheleastnumberofdifferentpartstosatisfythemissionrequirements.Itdefinesperformance,design,test,productassuranceandsupportactivityrequirementsfortheuseofmechanicalpartsinspaceapplications.Whenviewedfromtheperspectiveofaspecificprojectcontext,therequirementsdefinedinthisdocumentshouldbetailoredtomatchthegenuinerequirementsofaparticularprofileandcircumstancesofaproject.NOTETailoringisaprocessbywhichindividualrequirementsofspecifications,standardsandrelateddocumentsareevaluated,andmadeapplicabletoaspecificprojectbyselection,andinsomeexceptionalcases,modificationofexistingoradditionofnewrequirements.

【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandarddealswiththetechniquesforsamplingfreegasesfromgascollectingrelaysandforsamplingoilfromoil-filledequipmentsuchaspowerandinstrumenttransformers,reactors,bushings,oil-filledcablesandoil-filledtank-typecapacitors.Threemethodsofsamplingfreegasesandthreemethodsofsamplingoilaredescribed;thechoicebetweenthemethodsoftendependsontheapparatusavailableandonthequantityofoilneededforanalysis.Beforeanalysingthegasesdissolvedinoil,theymustfirstbeextractedfromtheoil.Threebasicmethodsaredescribed,oneusingextractionbyvacuum(Toeplerandpartialdegassing),anotherbydisplacementofthedissolvedgasesbybubblingthecarriergasthroughtheoilsample(stripping),andthelastonebypartitionofgasesbetweentheoilsampleandasmallvolumeofthecarriergas(headspace).Thegasesareanalysedquantitativelyafterextractionbygaschromatography;amethodofanalysisisdescribed.Freegasesfromgas-collectingrelaysareanalysedwithoutpreliminarytreatment.Thepreferredmethodforassuringtheperformanceofthegasextractionandanalysisequipment,consideredtogetherasasinglesystem,istodegassamplesofoilpreparedinthelaboratoryandcontainingknownconcentrationsofgases(“gas-in-oilstandards”)andquantitativelyanalysethegasesextracted.Twomethodsofpreparinggas-in-oilstandardsaredescribed.Fordailycalibrationchecksofthechromatograph,itisconvenienttouseastandardgasmixturecontainingasuitableknownamountofeachofthegascomponentstobeinasimilarratiotothecommonsratiosofthegasesextractedfromtransformeroils.Thetechniquesdescribedtakeaccount,ontheonehand,oftheproblemspeculiartoanalysesassociatedwithacceptancetestinginthefactory,wheregascontentsofoilaregenerallyverylowand,ontheotherhand,oftheproblemsimposedbymonitoringequipmentinthefield,wheretransportofsamplesmaybebyun-pressurizedairfreightandwhereconsiderabledifferencesinambienttemperaturemayexistbetweentheplantandtheexamininglaboratory.
