【摘要】:ThispartofEN1715specifiesthegeneraldrawingstockcharacteristicstobesatisfiedbyunalloyedaluminiumandaluminiumalloydrawingstockdeliveredintheformofcoilswithaunitweightrangingbetween1tand3tandobtainedbycommonindustrialprocesses.Italsospecifiesthetechnicalconditionsforinspectionanddeliveryoftheseproducts.Thesegeneralcharacteristicsandconditionsapplytodrawingstockintendedforthefollowingthreemainfieldsofapplication:-electricalconductorsofaluminiumandaluminiumalloys;-wiresforgeneralmechanicaluses;-wiresforbrazingandwelding.Thespecificrequirementstodrawingstockfortheseapplicationsarespecifiedinparts2,3and4ofEN1715.Itdoesnotapplytowireswhicharedrawn,butonlytodrawingstockwhichisproducedbyhot-working.NOTE1.Manufactureofdrawingstock:twomainmethodsexistforthemanufactureofdrawingstock:-continuouslycastrod(CCR):asectioniscastcontinuouslyinthegrooveofawheel,thegroovebeingclosedbyanendlessstrip;thesolidandstillhotsectionisrolledinamultistandrollingmilltotherequireddiameter;thedrawingstockrodthusproducediswoundcontinuouslytoformcoils1tto3tinweight;-hotrolledrod(HRR):awirebarofdiameter100mmto150mmisheatedandrolledtotherequireddiameter;thecoilsproduced,weighinguptoabout100kgarebuttweldedtogetherandwoundtoformcoilswithunitweightof1tto3t.NOTE2.Itisalsopossibletoobtaindrawingstockbyextrusion.
