【摘要】:ThispartofIEC60216coversminimumperformancerequirementsforventilatedandelectricallyheatedprecisionovensforthermalenduranceevaluationofelectricalinsulatingmaterialsandotherappropriateapplications.Itcoversovensdesignedtooperateoverallorpartofthetemperaturerangefrom20Kaboveroomtemperatureupto300℃.Twopossiblemethodsofachievingtherequiredperformancearedescribed:a)wheretherequiredperformanceisachievedbyprecisecontroloftemperatureinasimplesinglechamberoven,i.e.upgradedversionsofovensconformingtoIEC60216-4-1,and,otherwise,b)wheretherequiredperformanceisachievedbyutilizingasecondchamber(iso-box),mountedwithinthechamberofasingle-chamberoven,thepurposeofwhichistoreducethemagnitudeofanytemperaturechangestoanacceptablelevelwhilstmaintainingtherequiredlevelsofairchangeandcirculation.NOTE1Experiencehasshownthatemploymentofaniso-boxisaneconomicalandpracticalmeansofmeetingtherequirementsforaprecisionoven.NOTE2Itisrecommendedthataprecisionovenratherthanastandardovenisusedwhentheexpectedhalvingintervalislessthan10K(20khto10kh)inordertoincreasetheprecisionofthemeasuredtemperatureindexandhalvingintervaltoareasonablelevel.
