JB/T 9702-1999 本标准是对ZB B91 021-90《捡拾压捆打结器技术条件》的修订。修订时仅按有关规定作了编辑性修改主要技术内容没有改变。 本标准规定了捡拾压捆打结器（以下简称打结器）的技术要求，试验方法，检验规则及包装贮存的要求。 本标准适用于以捆草机用聚丙烯捆绳和剑麻捆绳作捆扎材料的打结器。 本标准于 1990 年 5 月 28 日首次发布。
